Lynne was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2008 where she enjoyed a varied civil and family practice. Lynne appeared in civil, commercial, family, judicial review and chancery matters. She appeared before Judges of the High Court and Circuit Court on a regular basis, and appeared before the Employment Appeals Tribunal and Refugee Appeals Tribunal.
Lynne lectured in two leading universities on topics such as contract, company law, family law, public international law and international human rights law. Lynne also provided family law training to practicing solicitors at continuing professional development lectures.
Lynne has a specialty in civil and family litigation and has experience in all aspects of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial and ancillary relief, pre- and post- nuptial agreements, child and spousal maintenance and all child-related matters including issues of residence, contact, relocation and removal of children from the jurisdiction.
Lynne also has experience of acting in personal injury matters, contractual disputes and has successfully appeared before the Labour Tribunal.
Lynne moved to Cayman in 2014.

In the Cayman Islands, Lynne has recently acted for the Respondent in the matter of KQ v PQ (Unreported, Grand Court, December 2015) in which the Grand Court made a Shared Residence Order in favour of both parents.
Lynne acted for the Respondent in an international child relocation matter; TF v SD (Unreported, Grand Court, November 2016).
