Ritch & Conolly’s Christmas party proved the perfect event to honour our longest-serving member of staff. Marie Reinke has been with the firm for 30 years but has worked with company founder David Ritch for even longer.
In surprising Mrs. Reinke with the gift of a Rolex, Mr. Ritch spoke of her commitment and devotion over the past three decades: “Marie came to work for me in 1980 when I was at the firm then known as Hunter & Hunter. When I started this firm in 1983, she moved with me and has been with me ever since.
“The presentation of the Rolex was a mark of respect and appreciation to Marie for 30 years of exceptional dedication and service both to the firm and to myself. She is, and has always been, unswervingly loyal and unquestionably reliable. Her contributions to this firm played a large part in making it succeed.”
Mrs. Reinke, who is both the Human Resource Manager and Personal Assistant to Mr. Ritch, was equally effusive about her time at Ritch & Conolly: “Looking back over the years that have flown by so quickly, it has been a pleasure to have been given such an opportunity to work and grow with the firm. Mr. Ritch is a fine gentleman and one who took the time to invest in my training and development, and to him I am deeply grateful.”
She added: “I want to thank the Partners for their generous gift, which took me completely by surprise at our Christmas dinner.”
