The firm provides a range of insolvency & corporate recovery services and advice to clients, including:-

• Acting for Liquidators, Provisional Liquidators, Official Liquidators and Administrative Receivers.
• Attending Court to compulsorily wind up companies under the Companies Law (2004 Revision).
• Acting for Liquidators or Companies/Directors in respect of voluntary liquidations.
• Acting for Creditors generally including acting as a representative in liquidation and creditors' committees.
• Advising in relation to Schemes of Arrangement and Corporate Restructuring.
• Advising in relation to the winding-up of companies on the grounds of "public interest" and generally.
