Emma Byrnes is the Corporate Manager for Foreshore Corporate Services Ltd.
She is a graduate of University College Cork, Ireland, and upon completion of her Law Degree and Law Society Exams, she was admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland in 2007, and as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practising) in 2010. Before coming to the Cayman Islands, she practiced as a Solicitor in a Private Client Law Firm in Ireland.
Emma joined Foreshore Corporate Services Ltd. in 2008 after working at Royal Bank of Canada in the Trust Department. She has many years experience in corporate administration, and is conversant with all aspects of company formation, the requisite filings and a wide variety of ancillary registered office and corporate services.
